Partners Finance's current fund offerings include investments in land, hospitality, and industrial product types, among others. Interested in investing in commercial real estate online? So you are interested in GTHA commercial real estate but tired of the same old basic graphs and charts? In our Team Murray & Faldowski Q2 report we actually feature detailed lease comp info (with addresses and participant names excluded to protect the innocent). We think that seeing the rates and landlord inducements on a myriad of deals gives an EXCELLENT snapshot of the current market dynamics. This is the first time we have published this level of information in our Quarterly Report. Do you find it as helpful as we hope?
The commercial real estate market has been quite the rollercoaster as of late 🎢. It's in rapidly-changing times like this where our clients need the best information the most— the most recent…and most importantly the most detail! Our research guru Philip Vargas has improved our report by including ALL pricing details on commercial real estate deals, whilst maintaining confidentiality to the stakeholders of the transactions. We want this report, and those that follow, to be an invaluable resource to anyone with a stake in commercial real estate in our region. 🏭🏢🏗️ https://lnkd.in/gyGhn97B #TeamMF | Colliers | Doug Murray, SIOR | Bryan Faldowski | Simon Henderson | Kennedy Banks | Justin Venancio | Adrian Pajtasz | Brandon Garth | Sean Kelly, BSc | Chris Basta | Bob Robertson | Philip Vargas | Jennifer Byers
