Our customer, a leading company producing industrial seals with a wide range of applications (mining, aerospace, chemical, marine, food, etc) is now looking for a General Manager China/Sales Director.                                     Location: Shanghai.                                                                           Job responsibilities:                  - Manage daily business operations; Developing strategies for China market; Responsible for sales forecast plan, financial reporting, developing annual budget; Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.   Requirements: • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or technical background; • Working experience as General Manager China or Sales Director in rubber-plastic sectors or in mechanical components for industrial sectors are preferred; • Excellent commercial and managerial skills; • Strong understanding of financials; • Knowledge of China regulatory system; • Proficient in written and spoken English; knowledge of Chinese language preferred; • China resident preferred.
