One thing football taught me is that preparation means nothing without action. You can have the best strategy, but without action nothing happens. Imagine your business as a Premiership Football ⚽ team. The CEO is the Football Manager building squads and the line up. Your CRO is the head coach running training and planning tactical plays. Your players are your customer facing team - sales, marketing, customer success. Revenue Operations is the Coaching Team and Medical support - consisting of experts in attack, defence, goalkeeping, analytics, post match analysis, injury management, sports psychology, strength and conditioning. While no one thinks about the squad of support staff - no Premier league team would operate without one. Sure - in the lower leagues there might be a smaller support function. Perhaps the medical team just shows up onatch day. But there is a reason why the support function exists. Sports shows, winning teams need skilled people enabling the team to win

Michael Jordan had the skills, the drive, and the commitment to elevate himself amongst the best basketball players in the world.
