In 16 years in Recruitment I've never seen this A job advert for a Recruiter posted by a candidate Looking to "hire" a recruiter to find him a job The fee is 30% of first years salary as well which is 🤌🤌 I wasn't sure how I felt about this at first but fair play to the guy for thinking outside the box I highly doubt we are going to start seeing this as the norm But imagine. Recruiters and Candidates working together like Jerry Maguire and Cuba Good #ShowMeTheMoney

The tech industry is facing a silent catastrophe. While S&P is at ATH and the economy is booming, the job market has collapsed. Almost 1 million people were laid off, and they are currently in absolute desperation. Social media is overflowing with stories of people who applied for 1,000+ positions and were ghosted for years. Reasons: 1. Pandemic (2020-2021) overhiring 2. ATS automation (Workday Greenhouse Software Personio etc – it's your fault) 3. Recruiting industry that's welcoming automated scoring and "skill matching through "AI") This is the open call for the entire industry. To my fellow C-levels, entrepreneurs, business owners, and leaders: We're all busy, yes. We have delegated hiring to recruiters. But please remember those times when you were in need. It's our time to throw a lifeline to the industry. Please dedicate time to personally supervise whether your recruiters and hiring managers understand the business needs behind every position. Regularly review candidates who were automatically rejected. Could you make sure your entire team will understand whom you're looking for? Please, give chances to people. You'll never find a more grateful person than one you provide an opportunity in current market conditions.

Great idea—it would finally let candidates work with competent recruiters. But being left with 70% of a UK salary? That’s not much to live on. Maybe it works if you’re remote and living in Southeast Asia, though; or with US paychecks. #RecruiterRealTalk #GetRealWithRecruitment #recruiters #recruitment #jobhunting #hiringtrends #careermove #remotework #remote

With recent job posts from recruiting agencies.... I can't see anyone hiring for skills, knowledge and potential.... They only stick to detailed job descriptions from the experience side only .... Even descriptions are so detailed that might lead honest candidates to decline .... Dears please hire for the whole package.... It's worth trying.... ⚡💡 #business_capsule #كبسولة_بيزتس

Helping Digital Businesses Recruit Top Talent | Growth Partner & Owner @Ilmiö Talent Agency | ☎️ 045 78355149 | ✉️ sakari@ilmiotalent.fi
We are closing our shop for the summer after June but before that I want to share the top 5 things I’ve learned about recruitment in the past 10 months working closely with our recruiters at Ilmiö Talent Agency ⤵ 🥇 Candidate experience is one of the most important aspects in recruitment. Treat job seekers like you would like to be treated yourself if you were in their shoes. 🥈 If you find a great candidate, don’t prolong the recruitment process for too long. Just like in sales, time kills deals in recruitment. 🥉 Salary transparency combined with accurate and well crafted job ads saves time for all parties involved. Also 3000€ - 10 000€/month doesn’t qualify for salary transparency. 4️⃣ Jobs aren't just listings on LinkedIn. They are created to solve specific problems within a company. 5️⃣ You really can’t overcommunicate with candidates during the interview process. It’s better to send a status update with no new news than to keep candidates in the dark. May the sun be with you ☀
