Pasona Group Inc. Global Network has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Singapore Human Resources Institute (SHRI) on July 24, 2024. This marks the first strategic partnership between SHRI and a Japanese HR service company. The collaboration aims to enhance the international competitiveness of Japanese companies in Asia, starting with Singapore, by leveraging the networks and expertise of both organizations. In response to the challenges faced by Japanese firms overseas due to gaps in specialized HR experience, this partnership will focus on: - Strategic HR and labor consultation - Training programs for HR professionals - Insightful sessions on labor management in Singapore - Updates from Singapore’s labor authorities - Regular seminars with HR and labor management experts - Building a supportive HR community for Japanese companies in Singapore Our joint efforts are dedicated to nurturing HR professionals and supporting the global success of Japanese companies.
