These are the messages that sell the vision. Lead with these. Include the carbon climate crisis as part of the why, in the middle. "The primary purpose of pushing Passive House, is buildings can be so much better than what the minimum code compliance delivers today. This is the way for the future of construction." Now this is a vision, a mission and a goal, that we can support and be inspired by!
