Hello, my friends! It’s a joy to talk with you today. You know, I was thinking about how sometimes we feel like we're in a battle, trying to find that last parking spot at the grocery store. But the Scripture tells us our real battle is much bigger than that. Ephesians 6:12 says, "For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms." Let’s dive into what that means for us today. First: The Enemy is Invisible, but Our Victory is Visible. We may not see the forces we're up against, but we see the victories when we stand in faith. Recall that faith is the evidence of things not seen. Start your day by declaring victory over your life, your family, and your work. Speak life and watch God show up and show out. Second: Our Words are Weapons. Your life moves in the direction of your strongest thoughts, and your thoughts give rise to your words. Remember, the power of life and death is in the tongue. Choose to speak blessings and positivity. Your words are powerful tools against the enemy. Third: Unity Disarms the Enemy. Did you know a unified team is over 30% more productive than a divided one? That's the power of unity. Scripture says, "One shall chase a thousand, and two shall chase ten thousand." There’s real strength in numbers, especially in prayer. Our battle may not be against what we can see, but we're equipped with faith, words, and unity. These are the tools we need to win any spiritual battle. This roar also represents fearlessly proclaiming the gospel and standing firm in our faith, even when faced with adversity. Like a young lion growing into its full strength, we too grow in our spiritual maturity and power as we trust in God. We explore the metaphor of the Christian life as a race and a fight, drawing insights from Hebrews chapter 12, verses 1 and 2. Throughout the Bible, we see examples like Joseph, Esther, and Abraham, where God moved them from one position to another to fulfill His greater plans. Divine repositioning often involves new beginnings, preparation, and growth, requiring obedience, faith, and adaptability. Whether through discomfort, closed doors, or sudden opportunities, God orchestrates these shifts to bring us closer to His will. Proverbs 3:5-6: "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." Mark 11:23: "Truly I tell you, if anyone says to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and does not doubt in their heart but believes that what they say will happen, it will be done for them." Hebrews 11:1: "Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see." Sincere, strong, complete, tremendous, and unshaken belief is the foundation of a deep and transformative relationship with God. Sincere belief flows from a pure and honest heart that seeks Him earnestly, while strong belief gives us resilience in the face of challenges, relying on His strength rather than our own. Complete belief requires surrender, trusting God with every aspect of our lives, aligning fully with His will. Tremendous belief dares to expect great things from God, trusting His power to accomplish the impossible, and unshaken belief stands firm, rooted in the assurance of His sovereignty and faithfulness. Championship Principle #375 Possessing Your Land of Promise and Fruition (Your Destiny) Deuteronomy 1:8 – "See, I have given you this land. Go in and take possession of the land the Lord swore he would give to your fathers—to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob—and to their descendants after them." Joshua 1:3 – "I will give you every place where you set your foot, as I promised Moses." Jeremiah 29:11 – "For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Numbers 33:53 – "Take possession of the land and settle in it, for I have given you the land to possess." Exodus 23:30 – "Little by little I will drive them out before you, until you have increased enough to take possession of the land." Possessing your land of promise and reaching fruition is about embracing God’s unique destiny for your life through faith, perseverance, and action. Like the Israelites entering the Promised Land, we must trust in God’s promises, understanding that He prepares us through seasons of growth and refining. Our journey requires patience, as God’s timing is perfect, and courage to step forward despite obstacles or doubts. God has already declared His plans for us—plans to prosper and not harm—but we must actively claim them by walking in alignment with His will. As we take possession of our destiny, it not only brings personal fulfillment but also glorifies God and blesses others, revealing His faithfulness and power. Getting ready for something new involves embracing change with faith, renewing your mind and spirit, and seeking God's guidance. Letting go of the past and cultivating a heart of expectation are crucial, as is preparing practically by setting goals and acquiring new skills. Maintaining a spirit of gratitude helps keep your heart open and receptive to new opportunities. By trusting in God’s timing and purpose, and approaching each day with anticipation of His blessings, you can confidently step into the new things He has planned, viewing change as an opportunity for growth and trusting in His continual presence and faithfulness. EYES ON THE PRIZE 1Cor. 9:24 "Do you not know that in a race all the runners compete, but only one receives the prize? So run your race that you may lay hold of the prize and make it yours." (AMP) There are various imageries used in the Bible to communicate certain aspects. One such imagery is a race. In today's text, it reveals that the christian life is a race that we must run successfully. As we do the running, our eyes should be on the prize. Our focus should be winning the race. Athletes deny themselves a lot in order to win. The same scenario should apply to us as we run the race of faith. At times we must even give up something good in order to do what God wants. Each individuals special duties determine the discipline and denial he must accept. Without a goal,discipline is nothing but self punishment. With a goal of pleasing God,our denial seems like nothing compared to the eternal (imperishable) reward that is ours. Christian friends,winning a race requires purpose and discipline. Paul used this illustration to explain that the christian life takes hard work , self denial and grueling preparation. As believers, we are running towards our heavenly reward. The essential disciplines of prayer, Bible study, fellowships, worship equips us to run with vigor and stamina. We are not merely supposed to observe from the grandstand, we are not just to turn out to jog a couple of laps each morning.We are to train diligently because our spiritual progress depends on it.

Success and Its Battles | 2 Samuel 5:17: When the Philistines heard that David had been anointed king over Israel, they went up in full force to search for him, but David heard about it and went down to the stronghold. Have you heard the saying, "At every new level, there's a new devil to contend with? Indeed, success attracts numerous battles and enemies. As you ascend to new heights in life and destiny, powers will rise up against you. that's why God's method is to prepare you spiritually before promoting you. Many defeats occur because we fail to prepare adequately beforehand. You don't prepare during battles; you prepare before. In today's text, the Bible records that as soon as the Philistines heard that David had been made king, they came for him. Battles will come from expected and unexpected sources, even from those you haven't offended, if you don't know how to fight, you can become a casualty. You must understand that ascending in life means facing and fighting battles. As a believer, you must fight from the place of victory, you don't just engage in battles. You must Strategize to fight from the point of victory, knowing that Christ has already won all battles for you on Calvary. May the Lord teach your hands to fight and cover your head on the day of battle, in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
