This impressive new construction in Fayetteville, North Carolina is nearing completion. The Everhome Suites Hotel, developed by Highside Companies, is a 57,830-square-foot, four-story, 114-key extended-stay hotel with a wood-frame design. We are thrilled to be completing this project and are eager to see it benefit the Fayetteville community!

Poker Night at the Chicago office was a hit! We had a great turnout, with both Path employees and subcontractors coming together for a memorable evening. A big thank you to everyone who joined in and helped make the night so enjoyable!

Last week, Pace Suburban Bus hosted the ribbon-cutting and grand opening of its state-of-the-art office and bus training and acceptance facility in Markham, IL. The team at Path Construction takes immense pride in our role in completing this project. Our team worked diligently to deliver a modern, efficient, and sustainable space to support Pace's mission of offering top-tier transportation services to the community. This new facility marks a significant stride forward in the region's public transit infrastructure. It will bolster Pace's operations and testify to their commitment to the community. Our Pace Suburban Bus project looks stunning in the morning light. The project is on a 22-acre campus, complete with a new office building, advanced bus maintenance and acceptance facility, EV charging stations, a bus storage area, and a state-of-the-art bus driver training facility. We are excited to see this project making strides towards completion.

Our WoodSpring Suites project in Charlotte, North Carolina, is coming along nicely. We're achieving milestones like siding installation, drywall, and HVAC rough-ins. We thank the dedicated team at Path Northeast for maintaining the project schedule!

Path Construction is proud to have been awarded ECHO Suites by Wyndham Hotels & Resorts in Peoria, Arizona. The new extended-stay hotel from Wyndham offers 124 rooms, with individual rooms averaging 300 square feet. We are excited to bring this new hotel from Wyndham to life.
