Pathway Health’s Sue LaGrange and Chandler Hulke attended the Inaugural Women of Long-Term Care Symposium, where they had a wonderful time connecting with fellow leaders. Sue also had a chance to share her insights during the leadership panel, “Challenges, solutions, and empowerment with long-term care women leaders.” Thank you for a great event, WHCA/WiCAL!

"Believe in yourself and don't devalue your worth." ✨ That was just one of the many pieces of advice that was given at the annual Women in Leadership Breakfast hosted by the Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce (PULSE). Thank you to the amazing panelists (especially my amazing boss Jennifer Stephany) for giving us all tools to empower not only ourselves, but each other. A few other takeaways I had: ✨ Use your strengths to lift up your weaknesses ✨ Talk to yourself the way you talk to others ✨ Don't settle - always push to be the best version of yourself ✨ Follow your passion and figure out who you are
