4moHaving managed a very large contact center in which we provided scheduling services for physician practices as well as for radiology departments, I find integrating radiology access is a critically important part of a patient’s care journey. As many patients enter our respective organizations more likely than not they will be in need of some form of Radiology services. Understanding the challenges and barriers to Radiology access is necessary in order to ensure timely patient care. Moreover, patient retention is another important consideration given patients have more options than ever before to choose where to have their healthcare needs met.
