Several things I came to know as a product manager. The First is the key to #initiate idea or solutions rather than waiting for others. When I encountered any problems which is of #functional impact but draws more reach to the #clients then I do certain mock ups and then present it to the departmental meetings. In some instances it is proved to be a pain point of our actual customers. See whether it’s #B2B or #D2C we need to take a cohesive approach in delivering satisfactory outcomes. My solutions at our organisation is customer centric and I am happy that I catered to it. There are few instances where a particular product failed but we had initiated #sprintretrospective and then came up with new and modified version which now clients are demanding. Thanks to our two major clients Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited and Gareware Wall Roes Limited Ropes for believing in our potential. Of course we are in a #budding phase and will someday grab reach to our vision. My journey so far taught me resilience and belief will key to growth and in the meantime don’t forget to upskill your personal skill as well. Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate favorable terms and prices. Analytical Skills: Ability to assess and compare different property options from a financial and strategic perspective. Network in Real Estate: A solid network of contacts in the property market can help in finding prime locations.
