Managing relationship transition!!! In meeting with one of my key client, during the discussion I realized how we inadvertently miss simple things assuming they are natural. The client was expeting a similar treatment which he use to get in past but due to relationship transition somehow it was missed and we could not sense the pulse. During relationship transition try to make frequent connect to give comfort to client, take open feedback and work for improvement and most importantly start documenting the minutes so that nothing is overlooked. By documenting everything, we create a roadmap that can be revisited to ensure no gaps form in the service or relationship management. This approach strengthens the client relationship and also helps avoid potential misunderstandings and misalignments. What are some key points to note in relationship transition? Any thoughts???

The Senior Account Manager begins involvement with their client at implementation kick-off and is responsible for the development and maintenance of the client success plan, orchestrating the involvement of additional our client teams to ensure that the client is achieving their stated business goals.
