Thank you to all of the speakers and participants - we learned a lot!! 🔮 A few of our key takeaways: 1️⃣ AI Empowering Meaningful Work: When organizations empower teams to develop use cases to complete routine tasks, they can free up time for more meaningful work.  This shift allows employees to be more productive but productivity should not be the focus, instead, they should use the gains in time to work on those more significant tasks rather than simply increasing output. 2️⃣ Importance of AI Governance: Multiple speakers stressed the need for strong governance and specialized training to harness AI's potential, driving efficiency, reducing costs, while being responsible, ethical, and legally compliant. The Responsible AI Institute has great resources on their site for anyone looking for a place to start. 3️⃣  Harnessing Human Creativity in AI: While AI has the capability to rapidly improve the speed and velocity of workflows, we were struck by the conversation of AI-created outputs only getting us to 80% and just being "good enough". It is up to each company's internal teams to figure out how to best leverage AI to advance the results from average to exceptional. The human experience of collective teams in collaboration with clients' input remain essential for maximizing AI's potential to yield those exceptional results. 🌟 Here at NFA Health, our AI journey continues with experimentation. Sometimes breakfast is just a good excuse. Last week I enjoyed the early morning along with brilliant executive women, at 𝗪𝗶𝗧 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘀 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁. Product, marketing, and operations professionals joined in one room at the amazing Tastewise offices, sharing AI adoption and learning.
