Businesses suck at AI (me included). But here’s the thing — it’s not about being perfect from the start; it’s about being better at integrating AI into our strategies.   However, perfection at the start isn't the objective; the goal is to improve how we use AI to create and deploy effective strategies. How can we turn the tide? 📌 1. Focus on Core Strengths: Identify where AI can amplify what your business already does well. Don’t just use AI for the sake of it; use it to enhance your competitive edge. 📌 2. Cultivate Talent: Invest in skilled personnel who not only understand AI but can think strategically about its application in business. Sometimes, the right talent is what bridges the gap between mediocre and great AI implementation. 📌 3. Iterative Implementation: Start small with pilot projects that can scale. Learning from small successes and failures reduces risk and builds understanding. 📌 4. Data Integrity: Ensure your data is clean and organized. AI is only as good as the data driving it, so prioritize data governance. 📌 5. Change Management: Prepare your company for change. AI can cause shifts in workflow, roles, and strategies. Effective communication and training are key.   Acknowledging our shortcomings is the first step towards significant mastery. AI is as a tool that, when used wisely, can redefine how we do business. ✍️ What's your best tip?
