Why focus on 'the holistic experience’ at your club or event? Because it's just like when you invite people around to your place for a BBQ. You don’t leave them on the doorstep or ignore them. You invite them in, offer them something, (re)introduce them, making sure they are connected, comfortable and having fun. We make sure they are involved, we do what they came for. Ideally, they leave happy they came over, giving us all a few things to think and talk about the next day.
