Of going out on my own was a terribly frightening prospect. So mistake number one was not realizing that I needed to change strategies sooner, I let it sit on the market for four months before I decided, OK, I got to do something about this. That was a mistake. I should have. I should have actually just seen the light. I saw the light, but I just didn't act on it. But that project has been one of lessons. You know, I've learned the very first thing I learned in real estate was if you try and save pennies, you lose dollars. And I I have learned that lesson time and again with this project, and I've learned it other times too. And I continue to be reminded of, you know, the wisdom in that. And yeah, that that project, you know, it would be really nice to get A to get a resolution on that one.
