Top Software Developer, Management, Business Strategist. I make all your IT dreams come true.

Radley James is hiring Senior Python Engineer for Backend Reporting in Fintech: "Design critical backend reporting system", "[implement] alerting, observability, and monitoring", worked at early stage tech startups. I would be best hire. I recently used Python to create a server as part of solution to fill critical security holes at Comcast (all HR records and functions were available on the Internet). I start improving codebase on the first day I have access. I master all relevant technologies and systems in 2 weeks. After a month, the current gurus ask me to explain their code. I designed critical backend reporting systems at numerous companies starting with early stage startup McCorquedale. More recently I solved reporting issues at Cigna Healthcare and PHH Mortgage. I solved critical problems at many Fintech companies: Bank of America, Harleysville National Bank, MALVERN FEDERAL BANCORP INC, MPower Trading Systems, LLC, MyEventSmart/zPerfectGift, Vanguard. I created a "world class" [Rich Schroeder] monitoring and notification system for startup product used by ShopRite/Wakefern Food Corp. My other startups include Jet Stream Publishing, MPower Trading Systems, LLC, MyEventSmart/zPerfectGift (renamed after pivot to use only my work), Redlasso, and Scalor. My teams collaborate well; with everyone working as best fits them. All projects I touch succeed. Projects I touch never missed a deadline. (I successfully completed a project due "yesterday".) I would very much enjoy this job. I have no clue how to get Radley James to hire me. Who is handling the hiring process? Who is the Hiring Manager? 20240216

It's actually quite possible to master entire system and technologies in 2 weeks - 6 weeks range depending on your expertise and intellect. You just have to look at the system, write some side scripts which simulate how system works (can be called tests, but this term is heavily overloaded). And of course, so called domain experts should help you figure out quirks in business by sharing knowledge that are usually missed in software implementation which then become bugs.

I am afraid that you are either way too overqualified or underqualified, let alone the bullshit about cultural fit, age matters, and soft skills with Jungian psychology to master team interactions. Worse yet, they likely tell you that after the 7th round in the recruiting process. Seriously, how can a self-respecting software/hardware engineer with the ability to sell his own projects even have a second thought about applying to 99.99% of positions in a broken tech job market?
