This would be fascinating, if the bankruptcy court approves it. However, single tenant #reits do not have a good track record of investor acceptance. Most never made it across the finish line into the public markets. Those that did traded at a massive discount to the REIT average. 🏢 #REIT News - November 27, 2024 📈 📉 JPM Downgrades Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc. to Neutral from Overweight and lowers its price target by $12 to $121. 🏙️ Equity Commonwealth completed the sale of 1250 H Street (196,000 sf) in Washington, D.C. for $27.5 million. 🛞 Terreno Realty Corporation announced 82,000 sf lease in Avenel, NJ with a leading national wholesale tire distributor which commences December 31, 2024 and expires January 2030.

The Container Store filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection late Sunday. The company said in a press release it is doing this in order to refinance its debt to "bolster its financial position, fuel growth initiatives, and drive enhanced long-term profitability." https://yhoo.it/3Pb6ZoK
