This might be an unpopular opinion, but... Sales (in general) isn't that tough of a job. I know, I know, this might ruffle some feathers, but hear me out. Sure, navigating a sale or partnership can be tough. But compared to the day-to-day grind of operations? Sales start to look like a walk in the park. Because I come from a project management background, I've had the privilege to witness both sides of the coin. And let me tell you, I'm grateful to be focused on the sales side of things. My job is to tell anyone who will listen how great our services are while rubbing elbows at events across the country, and it's really easy to share something you truly believe in. But none of it would be possible without our incredible Renovation and Operations team, led by the one and only Bobby Triplett. From the onboarding, scheduling, invoicing (and everything else) handled by Paul Tafoya to the boots-on-the-ground in every market, these folks are the backbone of my success. Their dedication makes my job a breeze. Pitching a service is easy when you have a reliable, well-oiled machine backing you up.
