I feel as recruiters, we should often attend interviews in other companies. It achieves 2 things - 1. You get to see different processes and update yours if necessary 📈 2. You'll know first hand what candidates go through. You get to put yourself in their shoes. Develops empathy I think 🙇♀️ For a lot of people, it's a nerve-wracking experience. Especially if you've been looking for a while. So to the candidates out there, I have just one suggestion. An interview is a 2-way conversation. As much as the company is looking for fitment, you should look for synergy as well. Speak from a place of power.
