I am Hiring for the these positions below 4 x Network Optimization Engineers Duties (Some) 1-2 Years of Experience in 5G networks. 5-7 Years of Experience in the telecommunications on LTE & VoLTE networks. RAN Competence with Huawei & ZTE essential. -Ability to work independently with focus on achieving specified KPI and Operational Targets -Basic Scripting: Python/Visual Basic macro generation. -MS Office proficient, especially MS Excel & PowerPoint. -MapInfo/GIS proficient. -Wireshark proficiency (An added Advantage) Network Performance Analysis of Physical and software parameters, analysis of KPI reports. Worst Cell list identification, generation, and resolution. Providing recommendations on corrective actions to be carried out for the network to resolve and improve the network performance. 5G Optimization experience covering Sub 1-GHz Optimization; DSS Optimization; mmWave Optimization; VONR, NSA, SA. Implementation of standard and advanced features and tuning 5G/4G (LTE) radio network parameters. Code Optimization including Neighbour List definition, RAN Measurements, recommendation for Physical optimization due to overshooting cells and Interference measurements, generating Interference matrices, and optimal frequency allocation        Parameter Change requests KPI Monitoring & Performance Reporting including Collection and analysis of KPI data from OSS or other source on the regular basis and processing of KPI reports, analysing trends and generating customer reports. Antenna Optimization including analysis of coverage and recommendation for Tilt, Azimuth, Power, and Height Adjustment to improve RSRP, RSSI and SINR, post analysis. Capacity Analysis and Recommendations. Basic understanding and analysis of L3 Messages for Huawei/ZTE logs.
