I want to spread some positivity on this Friday.
I think people who want to work w2, can get pulled in a lot of different directions.
Recuriters, paid for Glassdoor, inaccurate info in the interview, etc. “ Best place to work awards”.
Honestly I think a group ( independent) needs to conduct some research on all the w2s out there, and not tell the companies they are doing it so it can’t be manipulated.
I don’t think I’ve done this before, but he’s a list of some w2s in my opinion that are some of the best:
Several w2s on this list pay 35 percent plus, others on this don’t have any restrictive covenants, some I’ve talked to 5-10 employees and never heard a bad word,
1. Megacorp
2. Longship
3. R and R express
4. Xtreme trucking
5. Degroot logistics
6. Hammer logistics
7. Hometown logistics
8. Steam Logistics ( Minnesota) I can’t speak to elsewhere as I don’t know.
9. FA International .
10. VI Chatoogna.
Sure, I missed some that I just don’t know enough about or at all.
What do you think? Who are some of your favorite w2s in terms of pay, policy on restrictive covenants, culuture, etc?
