There are tangible and intangible costs in business. Money that you can save and measure immediately, such as MDR for each transaction and yearly fees to use the service. On the other hand, the intangible costs that are hard to measure yet still impacting the business are the bandwidth to process sales, the brand and goodwill, and the risk incurred from human mistakes, uptime, or security.
