Due to their unprofessional approach, the recipient canceled the payment, and my order was canceled as a result. I contacted Payoneer support four times during this period but received no meaningful response—only automated replies that did not address my concerns. Payoneer, who is responsible for my loss? This negligence has caused significant inconvenience and financial loss for me.
