5 days ago, I received mony from my payoneer account, but it has been withdrawn to my Bank account, but it has not returned to my Bank account, So i am trying to know the reason.
Payoneer I have been using Payoneer since 2021. But they closed my account without any explanation. They took my funds and closed my amount. This is really disappointed. Do not use Payoneer anymore.

Support team mail get error while trying to send also withdraw to local bank same issues. Live chat bot don't work prefect and solve issues. Also support doesn't have broaden topic like before. Facebook inbox of Payoneer also work bad as live chat.

2wPayoneer I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service I have encountered. The Payonneer staff demonstrates a fundamental misunderstanding of the distinction between a hotel apartment and a hotel. Despite providing the bank statement, rental agreement, and all other requested documents, the call center representative insists that my hotel apartment cannot be considered a valid address. This is despite the fact that I have clearly provided the rental agreement, which demonstrates that the apartment can be leased for an entire year. I have spoken with numerous representatives, each requesting specific documents, only to be met with the same conclusion: that a hotel apartment cannot be a long-term address. This is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable.
