I wish I could be happy PayPal is doing something positive but PayPal and their related product Venmo have been nothing but a pain in the last year. I would not recommend using either as a primary or secondary financial institution.

9moi was just getting started setting up my account,i clicked resolution center then followed the instructions by uploading my ID and bills as was asked then i was told to wait for review,and after a little bit i once again clicked resolution center but now it says : You can't use PayPal anymore. I'm not sure what i did wrong,any help would be appreciated thank you. my Paypal is unlimitedproducer69@gmail.com i am a beatproducer and I need to use PayPal to purchase beats on beatstars, if i did not do anything wrong,any help would be appreciated
