Paypal resolution center has become SHAMEFUL! For a company of this size to not have suitable infrastructure and trained technicians is a disgrace to your customers who are stuck waiting on the phone for hours on end, never able to escalate their case past a customer service rep. You have lost me as a customer.

I am sorry to bring up here . Can sone one check Xoom and PayPal integration . It does not work when i try to login with PayPal ( after resetting password in the flow ) do you guys look at data to understand customer failures and work on it ?I had same issue last month and it worked after I kept trying for 24 hours , I am proud PayPal alumni amd it is upsetting to see when basic flows are not working . Please please focus on P0 functionality and make them robust . It is hard to digest such issues not getting addressed which known be customer centric company .

I try to get helo as you without asking or something holded my orders moeny which has dedlines!!!!!and cannot connwct on support - as it doesnot work!!!!!!!I got bot emails that have to check out your helo center!!!!which dowsnot help me!!!!!!I try to call and no number is valid!!!!! I could ever imagined that such an huuugest company has such an horrifying NONUSERFRIENDLY CLIENT SUPPORT!!!!!please helo ke to connect with anyone from inside your “company”as I have to solve problem and it seems your company with whom I collaborate 10years doesnot metter of me!!!!!! Who will compensate my financial losts which I got for your companies unresponsive attitude???????? Waiting for response!

You have close my account saying that I violated your policy of acceptable use, and it is too far to be true, is absoluteçly false. I NEVER had any claim, I have sent everything, my company is legal, what I do is legal... so I ask you for a explanation.

Hey Paypal, I have emailed many times and asked you to stop sending me reports that is for one of your developers. I don't work for you and frankly, I'm confused more than I am concerned that my email ended up on this list / this developer's profile. I just erm............ I don't know. Stop it.

Hello PayPal, I have a reimbursement that was not processed. What is going on? It appears in my account that no reimbursement was made, but this is not what I was expecting. I haven't received the cash back to my bank account, and it's been over three weeks.
