#Paysafe was a sponsor of #Sofia #PRIDE for the third year in a row! Just one of the many ways we have brought the Together, Here theme to life throughout #PrideMonth, our booth at Sofia's Pride event was a great opportunity to connect with the community and celebrate our uniqueness. We intentionally work to build a culture where everyone feels safe and comfortable to bring their authentic selves to work, during Pride month and every day. #ItStartsHere #LifeatPaysafe #DEI

#YourChoice: Three questions for Raphael Vermeir, President of Malteser International for 9 months During the General Assembly meeting in London on March 24th, a new board for #MalteserInternational e.V. was elected, and Raphael Vermeir, a member of the British Association of the #OrderOfMalta, took over the role of our new president. #YourChoice: This post was among the most popular in 2023. This is why we asked Raphael to delve into his perspectives on what impressed him most, the development of MI, and the goals for #2024. ➡ The most remarkable aspect: The board members' unwavering commitment, generously offering time and expertise, and the sheer dedication of our global staff, often putting themselves in harm's way for our mission. I was very pleased that so many of our board members and supporters took the opportunity to visit our projects in the field and see for themselves the fantastic work that is being done to help people in need. ➡ Significant strides in MI's development: Reflecting on the last 9 months, evident progress includes the solidification of our strategy. Our collaboration with Order of Malta organizations has intensified, and there's a renewed impetus to localize our activities, exemplified by the impactful work of MI's Secretary General in Uganda. At the end of 2023 we welcomed the three Italian Grand priories, as well as the Estonian foundation of the Order of Malta as the newest members of MI, bringing the total number of supporting Order of Malta associations to thirty. ➡ Looking ahead: The main goals for next year: Our main goals include working hand in hand with our stakeholders to address the pressing challenges of our time, particularly escalating conflicts, and the consequences of climate change. Our approach is grounded in Christian values, echoing St. Francis: “Since you speak of peace. All the more so you must have it in your hearts. We have been called to heal the wounded. To unite what has fallen apart. And to bring home those who have lost their way.” #Mindful2025 #NextChapter #Team #MalteserInternational

Recently, we had a General Meeting of the our Technological Association. For myself, I noticed the results of the research and how our innovative industry is affected by domestic and international challenges. I will share a few thoughts about it: 1. The demand for traditional technology outsourcing (a large number of engineers) will gradually decrease to a minimum; 2. The international market will need: - a small number of powerful professionals and branch specialists; - many relatively inexpensive specialists who will create products in already created programs (simple editors of programs and solutions, AI generators); 3. There will be up to a hundred of the most popular big data science models on the basis of which ordinary users will be able to add them to their solutions. These solutions will also be in the designer programs. Therefore, it is necessary to change approaches in international tech outsourcing. If at the end of the 20th and the beginning of the 21st century, the world needed to open factories in East Asia in order to remain competitive. Now it will be necessary to hire many less qualified specialists to work with AI-based programs. And classical programming will become more and more difficult for a small number of experts. P.S.: The good news is that factories will return to North America and Europe. But robots will work at these enterprises :) Therefore, in order for these countries to earn money for internal social programs, they need to sell these goods abroad. And if foreign countries do not have money, it will hamper rich economies. Therefore, the level of economic inequality will level off over time in the world. So, if you buy something in Asia or Africa, these regions will buy goods from America and Europe. Everything is very simple. The only option is educational programs and systems for rapid training of the population in new online professions. But such countries will not be leaders in the innovation competition. These will be new online factories. And the most important thing. Whoever controls the basic and powerful technologies will rule the world of the future. This is: - advanced Artificial Intelligence - quantum computers; - new neural and quantum interfaces; - smart glasses and bracelets instead of smartphones (AR + AI); - a lot of robotics. And a person should move higher in new professions, as at one time we began to work less with our hands. That is why, there will be 2 types of business. Who will use innovation and artificial intelligence and who will shut down. Happy New Year :)

Technologically the world is advancing at the speed of light. Questions are being asked, ideas are springing up every day and of course, people are dancing to the tune across the globe. While these ideas are geared toward the future, it is erroneous if these ideas are given a single-based approach other than a transdisciplinary approach. This is where TAFFD's comes in. At TAFFD's, we are bent on educating and training professionals into futurists while preparing the younger generation. Follow us across our social media handles as we keep you updated. From Left: Ma'am Brenda Ramokopelwa (CEO), Ma'am Nomantu Nkomo Ralehoko, and Sir Ósìnàkáchì Ákùmà Kálù (Co-Founder) at the just concluded #ILS in South Africa. #TAFFD's #Fixingthefuture.

The Globally Recognised Authority Enabling Leaders & Organisations to Navigate Inflection Moments & FutureProof Success
What will it take to get Reprocity right in the workplace? Personally I think we have a long way to go. Over the weekend I went to the penultimate event in the EFG London Jazz Festival to watch the amazing South African jazz band Ubunye play their mix of Zulu and modern jazz magic. There was a wonderful Reciprocity (or Give & Take) between the band and theie audience - in what was effectively their workplace. But that sense of Reciprocity has been lost in so many of our workplaces today. Even as recently as thirty years ago, the deal was clear: you showed up each day and swore lifelong allegiance to your organisation or company. And they in turn would look after you. And you in turn would make all kinds of sacrifices. In Japan for example, that might mean an intolerable commute on a packed commuter train for the average “salaryman”. That deal of course started to fray in the 1980s with the advent of globalisation and downsizing. And we haven’t yet found a new kind of reciprocity. Particularly between those leading organisations and those entering I was speaking to Louise Goulden about the power of intergenerational experiences her organisation The Together Project create: for example, between young people and mature citizens. The key, she told me, was that neither side sees it as “charity” and both sides see value and purpose in the connection. It is, in other words, truly reciprocal. It is the bonds of reciprocity between organisation and worker - and between organisation, worker and society - that I want to explore in the subsequent micro-chapters of this section. Because these bonds have deeply frayed. And we need to urgently tie them back. (Tagging a few South African friends on this post, in honour of Ubunye). This is a draft micro-chapter of my next book “Inheritable”, which I am writing live on LinkedIn. Loving DEI Strategist supporting you bold inclusive leadership Talks about #leadership #dei #culture #courage #méxico
It's a beautiful thing to stand tall in your values. Allow those values to motivate your action and give you courage. Over the past few weeks, I have heard from clients, peers, and community members who are struggling. As the CEO of Promoting Good, a Mexican immigrant, mother, and creative amplifier - and co-founder of Casita Cultura Latina, I say openly, with love, and without hesitation that I am committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging and to ensuring everyone feels seen and respected at work and at play. The movement to erase DEIB work causes or reawakens racial and other trauma for so many. DEIB work is about making sure everyone can thrive. Isn't that a beautiful thing? Our Promoting Good team holds these values firmly and boldly and they will continue to guide our individual and collective action. If you have questions, need reassurance, or advice to effectively and strategically lead inclusively, call, DM, or email me. You are not alone. It is not a time to step away from our values. It is a time for love and courage to stand tall #inclusiveleadership #inclusiveculture #love #values #courage #abeautifulthing #deib #dei
