Healthcare changes 2025 Aetna is making changes to their NY small employer group product portfolio beginning with January 1, 2025 effective/renewal dates: Small Group ACA 2025 portfolio has been reduced to 14 plans (7 base and 7 dependent 30 plans). For plans that are being discontinued starting January 1, 2025, Aetna will be sending the required discontinuance notices to impacted groups and members 90 days prior to their non-renewal date.
