🚨 Are you hiring new sales or customer service talent?
As a founder, you’re juggling countless responsibilities
Hiring shouldn’t be another burden.
The constant cycle of recruitment, training, and managing in-house teams is time-consuming and can drain resources, especially when factoring in additional costs and taxes.
Outsourcing with Techsho is easier, faster, and more cost-effective than hiring locally.
It's like having a full-time, industry-experienced team by your side—without the overhead.

🚨 Job Seekers, Beware of Fake Promises! 🚨
I recently had a challenging experience that other job seekers should know about. After relocating to Noida specifically for a job opportunity, I was laid off within a month, despite being assured of job security and long-term growth.
This experience taught me some important lessons that I want to share to help others avoid similar situations:
Research the Company: Before accepting an offer, thoroughly research the company. Look for reviews from current and former employees on platforms like Glassdoor or Indeed. Pay attention to any red flags about job security and company culture.
Ask Detailed Questions: During the interview process, ask detailed questions about job stability, company financial health, and reasons for previous layoffs (if any). It's your right to have a clear understanding of the company's situation.
Get Promises in Writing: If any promises are made regarding job security, role expectations, or relocation support, ensure they are included in your official offer letter or contract.
Network and Seek Advice: Connect with current or former employees through LinkedIn to get an insider’s perspective on the company. Their experiences can provide valuable insights.
Have a Backup Plan: Always have a backup plan in place. Relocating for a job is a big decision, and it’s essential to have contingencies in case things don’t go as expected.
While this experience was disheartening, it also served as a reminder of the importance of due diligence. I hope my story encourages others to be cautious and well-prepared when considering new job opportunities.
To all the candidates out there, stay informed and protect yourselves from false promises. Your career and well-being are worth it!
Feel free to reach out if you need any advice or want to share your experiences.

Founder @ Strike Copy | E-commerce Email Marketing for 7-9 figure brands.
Taking good Klaviyo accounts and making them great whilst providing an amazing customer experience (unlike most agencies).
When you first start in business, you're solely focused on "doing the stuff that brings in the money".
- Outbound
- Sales calls
- Generating leads
Then you reach a certain level and realise the stuff that allows you to scale over the long run is the unsexy stuff.
- Hiring
- Operations
- Financial tracking
Signing clients continues to get easier with growth and vice versa for the operational stuff.
Thoughts?
I used to feel underpaid and under appreciated in my jobs, but I was wrong!
I thought that when I worked a job was when I got paid for the amount of work that I did. But as my career has progressed, what I've realized is that the work I put into each job is directly what led to me getting my next job.
Alex Hormozi talks about this and calls it "learning vs. earning".
To put it simply, the work I did as a Loan Officer at 60k is what got me the sales background to get hired in tech sales as an Account Manager at 75k.
That work got me hired as an Account Executive at 140k and my AE work got me hired as an Enterprise AE at 220k.
In reality, companies can't pay you in cash what you're "worth" or they wouldn't make any profit.
They would go out of business!
So they "underpay" their workers in money.
But (and I worked at Panera once taking out trash so I know this is true) no matter how small the job, companies always overpay in experience and knowledge.
If you build a career and don't just put in the minimum and hop job to job, you will always get overpaid in the end!
If you want to copy me, and have the best career in tech sales, then working for the best tech companies is essential to catapulting your career.
The best tech companies, promote people more often, pay better, provide a better work experience, and future employers are impressed to see them on your resume.
BUT getting interviews with A-tier tech companies is just a small part of what you need in order to get hired in tech sales!
And it's just a small part of everything we do for the candidates that work with us.
Come see if you're a good fit and book a free consultation @ Tech Sales Mentors!
And if you're interested in copying what I did..
I'll post the link to our youtube channel in the comments about how I went from 60k to 220k with a tech sales remote job.
Hey LinkedIn. I don't ask for much, but can we blow this up? Meet Dale Galway. She’s awesome. I highly (x2) recommend her for SDR/BDR roles.
She’s one of those extremely positive, can-do-anything types we all wish we were more like. She was the first sales hire at Glowstick (seed) for the last year or so. Yes, sales hire. Not sales development hire. She built their outbound motion soup to nuts through lots of research, trial, and error. I told you she’s a can-do-anything type.
She’s got the outbound bug. She's looking for a little later stage, ideally with some others to learn from.
Who’s hiring SDRs / BDRs? Tag hiring managers/companies below, please.
Remote only, and she has goats to raise.
I WILL hire 7 BDRs in the next 4 weeks and I need your help to do it 🫵
Send this to the best outbounders you know so they can align their talent with the best Sales organization on the planet.
Like, comment, share to reach as many salespeople as possible.
If you want to...
- work at a top 5% company on RepVue
- actually hit your quota
- have real growth opportunity
- be surrounded by winners
- and work for the number one product in its category
And you are...
- hungry, humble, smart
- motivated
- track record of excellence
- willing to go the extra mile
- a problem solver & creative
...then apply. right now.
The number 7 may be high but the standards are too. MaintainX is not for everyone. Many will apply, few will succeed.
I want winners. Plain as that.
I can't wait for April 1st when I look back at this post and know that you all helped me pull it off.
If you want a seat at this table, go apply and then DM me "Unicorn".
LFG 😤
