As we navigate the evolving unprecedented landscape of regulation of behaviour analysts in Ontario, it's crucial to consider the potential impact on the quality of services, service delivery models, and how this may or may not impact funding. While regulation aims to protect and set minimum standards, it may inadvertently lead to reduced service quality. PBEO has highlighted this concern across the past few months. What impacts will we see on capacity? Service delivery models? Funding of unregulated team members? What are the long term implications of these changes? Let's engage in open dialogue and advocate for balanced, thoughtful regulations that uphold high standards without compromising the effectiveness and sustainability of our services. Your voice matters! 🗣️ #RegulationImpact #ServiceQuality #BACB #ServiceCapacity #ProfessionalStandards #Advocacy #StayInformed #CriticalThinking #QuestionEverything #FutureFocused #PublicProtection Disclaimer: PBEO is not affiliated with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario, and the College has neither reviewed nor approved any of PBEO's posts.
