And that's a wrap! Yesterday Will Snow and I delivered our final training session for 2024 on conducting effective workplace investigations. BUT - we need to hear from you what you want us to deliver in 2025 😁 Comment below ⬇ - should we deliver training in your state / territory? 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐧 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐞𝐬' 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐬! We are thrilled to share that our training team is fully aligned with our employees’ quarterly goals! These goals are essential for fostering both personal and professional growth, and we’re committed to supporting our team every step of the way. For example, some of our team members had a goal to better understand client requirements. To best help them meet this goal, we offered sessions tailored to enhance this skill and boost their English listening abilities. Quarterly goals aren’t just boxes to be checked – they’re the roadmap to success. With our training team’s support, employees have the resources they need to achieve their goals. Think about these common pain points that I frequently hear about: • Are 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀 putting pressure on your budget? • Is 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 straightforward and seamless? • Do your 𝗽𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝘀 work with your cash flow? • How 𝗳𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 is the delivery – does it fit around your operations? • Are 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝘀𝗶𝘇𝗲𝘀 effective, maximising engagement? • Are 𝗟𝗟𝗡 𝗯𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗿𝘀 affecting participation? • Is 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 staff for training causing logistical challenges? • Are 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 making training access difficult? • Does your 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 to deliver consistently across all sites, including remote locations? • Are the 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 meeting your standards – accredited or non-accredited? • Most importantly, does the training provide 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹-𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 that empowers your team? If any of these resonate, let’s have a chat. At 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗲 & 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗔𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮, I’m here to discuss these considerations and help you build a training solution that gives you peace of mind. For those following us, you may know we’ve been collaborating closely with a QLD-based Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) center. Not only did we deliver face-to-face manual handling training to their team, but we were also asked to create a 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 tailored to their needs. Check out a sample of the video below (audio on)! They rolled this video out across their multiple centers, aligning the launch with National Safe Work Month. We are incredibly proud of the outcomes from this collaboration! For industries like ECEC, such as franchises, retail, and workplaces with multiple branches, where high onboarding rates are common, task-specific manual handling videos offer exceptional training benefits, such as: 1. Consistency Across Locations 2. Accessibility and Convenience 3. Cost-Effective 4. Standardized Quality 5. Efficient Onboarding Tool 6. Complements Face-to-Face Training 7. Trackable Completion and Compliance 8. Engaging and Visual Learning 9. Reduced Risk of Injury 10.
