While there is more wiggle room for negotiations, it remains an expensive and significant commitment in monthly overhead costs. Retention of members and court/facility utilization are crucial for any owner. So, let’s turn to the clients for insight. What is your facility missing? There were some really cool Superbowl commercials this year. Here's my top 5, but let me also share the last time I worked on a Superbowl commercial. We won #1 Most Talked about commercial:-). It was the first time 2 Brands did a spot together. Shoutout everyone who worked on this. And of Course Morgan Freeman, Peter Dinklage, Missy Elliott and Busta Rhymes. Ok so here's my top 5 list from 2024 and then check mine from 2018: #5 Popeyes- Great shock value with comedic timing and product innovation front and center. Love that Chicken from Popeyes Ken Jeong voice. LOL (Nice work Jeff and team) #4 Bud Light- Iconic production and great mix of celebs. Reinforced the brand leadership position (Also- Cool in real time in-game integration with Post Malone and the Genie) #3 Fan Duel- Great production with relevancy to the product and a massive heart tugger with the late Carl Weathers (RIP Apollo Creed) #2 Verizon/Beyonce- Focused on the functionality of 5G strength with iconic production (Plus the innovative music announcement from Beyonce was dope) #1 Cerave- This was just my absolute favorite!!! Such a simple idea (with product front and center). This could have gone really wrong but they nailed it. Too be honest this is something that would have been excited to create as well. you have to be a little twisted and brilliant at the same time to believe this would work LOL. Nice job! Bias Shoutout...Loved all the work my old friends at Pepsico did:-). LOL Quick thoughts on other spots: *Oreos- Great idea and effort but production dragged. *Dunkin- Great idea but the sequencing was a bit off. Also- C'mon we could have made Ben cooler than that. *Reese's Big Cups- Actually really good way of getting the message across on the new innovation. Wasn't in my top spots, but might sell a ton of product. *State Farm- Uhhhh bring back Jake. You spent sooo much time building that equity and then you toss if for Arnold? Loloooollll
