Challenge: The client required a unique solution to maximise storage capacity within a limited space. Traditional, standard tanks simply wouldn't work. Our Solution: We engineered and custom-designed a rectangular balance tank. This innovative approach allowed us to optimise the volume-to-footprint ratio, ensuring our client got the maximum capacity in the available space. Made in Taren Point: This custom tank was designed and manufactured at our Taren Point factory, demonstrating our capability to deliver bespoke solutions locally, reducing costs and enhancing efficiency. Impact: The result? S4.G4: reduced consumption, versatility, and simple architecture! The new punching-shearing machine, presented in Hanover for the very first time, maintains the architecture with multi-press head and integrated shear but has a number of differentiating features💪 🟥S4.G4 is equipped with evolved hybrid actuators, reducing average consumption by up to 20%. 🟥S4.G4 features a die-structure with thick turret tools. It can house up to 117 tools in B, C, and D-type stations. To maximize versatility, the head can have up to 10 hollow cylinders to use as lower cylinders or traditional punching stations. This head can also house multitools for forming. 🟥S4.G4 features an optional tapping unit, which can hold up to 6 different tools; installed on the punching head side, it further increases the application fields without reducing the multi-press head’s tooling capacity. With single-ply rolls getting, bigger, wider and heavier, rolling out membrane and cutting around many vent stacks can be difficult, time consuming and more labor intensive. Instead consider the following; alternative. https://lnkd.in/eTdM6Xz9 After installing the insulation and/or cover board, cut each vent stack to an inch to an inch and a half over the surface. Roll out the membrane covering the pipes, and then cut around each of the shortened vent stacks. Then reach for a Tubos Pipe Extension and bring each to a code compliant height. Installation is quick and easy.

Concentrated efforts in system development resulted in over 50 approved systems with Pilkington 𝗣𝘆𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽® on the market. This marked a step change with modern fire protection solutions gaining wider acceptance. 🌈 𝗩𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 System developments now included framing materials such as steel, timber and aluminium. The number of certified fire protection systems comprising Pilkington 𝗣𝘆𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽® rose to over 100, convincing proof of the versatility of this innovative material. 💪 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 The in-depth analysis of major incidents involving real fires, including the ‘Landeszentralbank Niedersachsen’ in Hannover and the ‘Donauzentrum’ in Vienna, to name just two, impressively demonstrated that Pilkington 𝗣𝘆𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽® can safely withstand temperatures of over 1,100°C. These findings confirmed the exceptional performance and reliability of Pilkington 𝗣𝘆𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽® in extreme conditions. 💎 𝗖𝗿𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿 Another milestone marks the introduction of Pilkington 𝗣𝘆𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽® as an extra clear glass composition, branded as Pilkington 𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝘄𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲™. Thanks to this innovation, even fire-resistant glazings comprising substrates thicker than 20 mm no longer appeared to be any different to non-fire rated glass walls.
