What is the most important part of a bar stool? The 3 legs. In a previous post, I mentioned that I have some extremely talented teams beside me to make the magic happen. Here they are! Matt Klosowski, VP Facilities; Timothy McNierney, VP Construction; Sam Easterday, Sr. Director Security. These are the rainmakers that make magic possible. A team is like the legs of a bar stool - each leg plays a crucial role in providing stability and support. Just like a bar stool can't stand on just one or two legs, a team also needs all its members to contribute to function effectively. Each member brings a unique set of skills and strengths; great things happen when those skills are combined. Even though each department has its own role and functions, my expectations for the teams are crystal clear: 1. Mutual respect is a must. 2. Cross-collaboration is key. 3. Open and clear communication is non-negotiable. 4. No one should be working in isolation. A strong team with all members contributing can serve as a solid foundation for success, just like a bar stool with all its legs intact provides a stable platform. Even better, when everything is working as it should, it creates a stable seat for all of us to come together and celebrate every major win with a celebratory drink at the bar. Some walks are for health, others for safety. 🚶♂️🚶♀️🔍 Another #CWalk Cushman & Wakefield is behind us, in an excellent company! With Colin Wilson, Jonathan Hallett, Zuzanna Paciorkiewicz, PhD, MRICS, and Łukasz Włodyga leading the way, we explored two iconic office buildings under our management in Warsaw – The Warsaw HUB and Rondo 1. Our goal with these walks through managed properties is to highlight safety issues, but also to have open conversations in search of even better solutions. Our observations confirmed the high safety and maintenance standards of the visited sites, and each of us had the chance to discuss these matters directly with Colin, the CEO of #CushWake for the EMEA region.   This gathering highlighted the core of our culture – where leaders and operational teams come together, not just to inspect, but to connect, share, and improve.
