The Commission states that Turkey is in a good position in terms of alignment with EU legislation. However, it reveals that no progress has been made on the implementation of the recommendations made in the previous year's report4 5. According to the EU, the primary issues Turkey needs to resolve are legislative inconsistencies and enforcement issues, with particular consideration for judicial processes.
