Celebrating National Minority Health Month, Peach State Health Plan is proud to continue our partnership with Morehouse School of Medicine through the Excellence in Health Equity Fund, which began in 2021. This year marks the fourth installment of the $500,000 donation that supports critical research and staff at the Satcher Health Leadership Institute at Morehouse School of Medicine and the school's Center for Maternal Health Equity. The Health Equity Fund is dedicated to improving health outcomes and advancing equity, especially within Georgia's Black communities, through targeted research and community-focused health programs.
