"Progress over perfection." If you've been following us for awhile, you've heard us say this phrase before, and you'll hear us say it again. In the words of Annie, our Head of Environmental and Social Impact: "While perfection has its place, ‘perfect or bust’ shares some genetics with zero-sum, left-right, good-evil frameworks; frameworks that often capture the spotlight and our attention but rarely capture the full picture or offer viable solutions." We constantly strive to build a more ethical and sustainable business, and we don't always do things perfectly. But when we do misstep, we own up to it, learn from it, and keep moving forward.
