🎥✨ A touching moment caught on camera: a drive-thru crew member was surprised with a $50 tip and couldn't contain her gratitude. 🥺❤️ She shared that she and her husband really needed it, making this gesture even more meaningful. Say hello to our First Impressions Professional, Adilene Arreola. 👋🏼 One of our veterans at our West Indy branch, Ady is a jack-of-all-trades. She is always smiling, providing the gold standard of Customer Service to each individual who comes through our door. Let's dive into more about Ady below. We say at Morales Group, Inc that 'People strategy should be transformational, not transactional', that's how we do business. Ady is a people-person, as she shines her light for all of those who come through our doors seeking a better future for not only them but their family. "What I like most about working at Morales Group is that every day we get reminded to be a light for those who need it." When asking her who inspires her the most, two people came to mind. "My husband - he is always the one to make me feel like everything will be okay when I might not be feeling that way. He makes my world of chaos feel normal. My motivation to do what I do best every single day is God." 🙏🏽 Outside of Morales Group, you can find Ady enjoying time with her husband, friends and family. Her newfound hobby is supporting local business owners by trying new coffee shops around the city. Her pet peeve is one that...frankly, we understand. (😂) "Hearing someone chew their food." For someone we know to be amazing with meeting new people and seeing new faces, Ady has a Fun Fact that we didn't see coming. "I do TikToks all the time, but always leave them in my drafts because I'm too shy to post them." Help us celebrate Ady and all #WomenInBusiness for #WomensHistoryMonth.

Opening night. 200 eyes staring back at me. I've spent months preparing for this role. But instead of dazzling the crowd, I freeze. My mind goes blank. The chaos internally isn't helping: "WHAT IS MY LINE! OHMYGOD I'M FORGETTING MY LINE. HOW COULD THIS HAPPEN!!!!" I look pleadingly at my co-stars. A three-second pause feels like an eternity. Someone suggests a line that jogs my memory, and it all comes flooding back - the script, the feeling in my hands, blood rushing to my face. But the damage is done. I'm beet red and humiliated. I finish the show and hide backstage, refusing to face anyone. My best friend finds me grinning: "You were amazing!" I'm baffled. "But...I forgot my line." "Wait, really?" She seems genuinely surprised. "I didn't even notice." Turns out no one did. Not a single one of my friends or family. As my director later told me: "No one knows what's in the script except you." It was a good reminder: We judge ourselves more harshly than anyone else does. I hear the same thing from people building their personal brand. Every post feels like opening night: we agonize over finding the perfect words and obsess over typos. But here's the thing: No one is critiquing your posts that closely. I promise no one will notice if you: - Repurpose older popular posts - Talk about the same topic two days in a row (or post two selfies, or two carousels, etc.) - Have a silly typo despite your best, detail-oriented efforts The most important thing is showing up authentically. And remembering that we're all too worried about ourselves to notice 😉
