Truth to be told: Recruiters/headhunters will NOT remember you if they have not spoken to you or if you did not leave an impression. In a competitive hiring landscape, headhunters are your friend. If you are serious about finding a job, make time to speak to a recruiter/headhunter. When I work with an awesome client, and a terrific candidate, I'd go the extra miles for both of them, as they could be match made in heaven. They are my 80%, where I spend most of my time with.
