Let's have the conversation with our family members. It is critical to know what each person's wishes are before we become unable to share our plans. This was a difficult conversation for my parents and I to have. It was filled with a great deal of emotion and we only enacted a few of the plans. It would have been a little easier if we had more discussions around when and where they wanted to be in their last days. Take a few minutes and think of your own plans for end of life. Start the conversation with your spouse and family. Don't forget to write it down and share the information with loved ones. #endoflife #deathpositive

New information suggests the NHS is set to face its largest funding cuts since the 1970s, with a 1.2% decrease equivalent to £2 billion, despite facing additional costs from strikes and workforce expansion.
