🔍 Lisbon's Neighborhoods Which You Should Avoid For A Long-Term Rent🔎 🏘 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐞: Formerly considered a troubled area known for drug use, Campolide is gradually improving, though you may still encounter some local drinkers on the streets. Public transportation is mediocre, heavily reliant on cars, with no metro and no prospects for its arrival. Airplane noise is a major downside here, with planes flying very low and consequently creating noise pollution. There are some decent new developments popping up, tempting renters, but in my opinion, the drawbacks outweigh the positives. 🛫 𝐀𝐥𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐝𝐞: Here, airplanes fly very low too, making it super uncomfortable. A similar situation, by the way, exists in 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐨 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞. 🏢 𝐌𝐨𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞: An area with dated buildings from the 40s and 50s, inhabited mostly by elderly people. Very bleak and monotonous. 🏙 𝐁𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐨, 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐥𝐚, 𝐎𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐢𝐬: Three areas that were once known for their social housing but have gradually started resembling ghettos.
