🚗 Izera Electric Car Factory in Poland🚗 ElectroMobility Poland has received the necessary permits to build a factory in Jaworzno (Southern Poland) for the production of Poland’s first electric car, the Izera. 🌿🔋 The President of the City of Jaworzno has approved the construction of a facility capable of producing 300,000 cars annually. This development will take place on 169,000 square meters of land in the Jaworzno Economic Area and is expected to create around two thousand jobs by the end of 2026. This approval follows thorough due diligence and environmental assessments, ensuring compliance with all technical, business, and legal standards. The Izera project, featuring the T100 and Z100 models, has been under discussion for several years. Reinventing the Wheel: Hankook's Visionary Tire Concepts Hankook Tire is thinking outside the box when it comes to future urban mobility. Through their forward-looking Design Innovation Project, they have developed two visionary tire prototypes that reimagine transportation. The "magfloat" tire does away with old-fashioned rolling altogether. Instead, it uses magnetic levitation for silent, emissions-free gliding up to 40km/h. Sleek and nimble, this design provides maneuverability across congested cityscapes. Their "flexup" concept truly reinvents the wheel - a single robotic wheel that can lock and split apart to adapt to stairs, curbs, and uneven terrain. It handicaps the limits of where a vehicle can travel seamlessly. These radical concepts show Hankook preparing for coming mega-cities where connectivity and adaptability are king.
