The importance of internal communal spaces in leasehold properties can’t be overstated. They shape the resident experience from the moment they step inside. And that experience starts in the communal areas: lobbies, corridors, and shared spaces that set the tone for the entire property. These areas should feel welcoming, functional, and well-maintained, enhancing both the aesthetic and practical value of the building. Well-designed communal spaces create a sense of community and comfort and boost the properties appeal and long-term value. We understand the critical role these spaces play. Our expertise ensures communal areas are not just visually appealing, but also designed to serve residents’ needs every day. After all, the journey from street to sofa should be as enjoyable as the space you call home. #buildingexcellenceinsideandout #communalparts #clientjourney

🌆 The City in One Space Once, a building was a boundary. Now, it's a bridge 🌉. Mixed-use properties blur the lines, weaving homes, businesses, and public spaces into a single, living tapestry 🎯. Gone are the days when developments closed their doors at night 🌙. Streets now hum with life around the clock ⚡️. Offices spill into rooftop lounges 🏗️, parks stretch into courtyards 🌿, and shops transform sidewalks into gathering places 🤝. These properties are reimagining not just how we live but how we connect 🔄. Every square foot serves multiple purposes—day and night 🌓. Green spaces offer serenity amid the bustle 🍃. Cafés and plazas pull people together 🫂, fostering a sense of belonging where walls once divided. This is the architecture of interaction, designed for today and tomorrow 🚀. Mixed-use isn't a trend; it's the rhythm of urban evolution ✨. 📞 (844) 359-9679 | 🌐 www.creworx.media #CommercialRealEstate #CRE #MixedUseDevelopment #RealEstateDevelopment #PropertyMarketing #RealEstateMarketing #Marketing

Hygge Cities ++ [city planning] Hygge is all about creating a warm, cozy, and inviting atmosphere that fosters a sense of comfort and well-being. When applied to cities, urban design and planning can play a crucial role in creating hygge environments that encourage social interaction, relaxation, and a sense of community. Here are a three (3) ways in which hygge can be incorporated into urban design and planning to create hygge cities: 1. Green Spaces: Incorporating green spaces such as parks, gardens, and outdoor seating areas into the urban fabric can help create a sense of tranquility and connection with nature. These spaces can serve as gathering spots for community events, picnics, and outdoor activities, fostering a sense of community and belonging. 2. Cozy Streetscapes: Creating cozy streetscapes with pedestrian-friendly sidewalks, charming cafes, and inviting storefronts can encourage people to stroll, linger, and interact with one another. Adding elements such as outdoor seating, decorative lighting, and planters can enhance the overall ambiance and create a welcoming atmosphere. 3. Public Art and Installations: Installing public art and installations throughout the city can add a creative touch and give residents a sense of pride and ownership in their surroundings. Art can serve as a focal point for social gatherings, cultural events, and community celebrations, bringing people together and creating a sense of connection.

True urban development is measured by the satisfaction it brings to its users. Urban landscape should incorporate happiness, safety, and engagement. From green spaces and children’s play areas to walkable pathways and community-centric designs, every element is thoughtfully planned to foster meaningful connections and joy. Urban spaces should be places people love to call their own. #usersatisfaction #urbanplanning #landscapearchitecture #placemaking #greenurbanism #sustainableurbanism #seooptimizedcontent

Open Concept Living: The Must-Have for Modern Families Designing open-concept living spaces is my specialty (and guess what? It's what my clients ask for most!) These layouts are perfect for families – no one feels isolated, whether you're whipping up a meal or catching up on the day. Let's be honest, those days of segregated "mom-in-the-kitchen, dad-on-the-sofa" living are long gone. Open plans keep everyone connected, which is what truly matters in a home.

So what are tenants really looking for? Location: Location is always a big priority for people looking to rent. Having transport and local amenities close by is a make or break for some. Outdoor space: Many tenants enjoy having their own outdoor space whether that be a garden, patio or balcony. This will always set your property apart from others. Open-plan: This layout has become increasingly popular and can often make the smaller spaces feel bigger. This can also be more flexible when it comes to space usage.

Let's face it: city living can be a pressure cooker for the soul. But there's something almost magical about the presence of plants in urban environments. It's not just about prettying up a space; it's about creating pockets of tranquility in the urban chaos. Studies have shown that exposure to natural elements can lower stress levels, boost creativity, and even improve air quality. It's like having a miniature retreat right in the heart of the city. This is where our Statement Club comes into play. We're not just talking about plonking a few potted plants around your space; we're talking about curating an experience that transforms your urban environment into a botanical wonderland. Imagine walking into your office lobby to be greeted by a stunning seasonal display that changes with the rhythms of nature. Picture your rooftop terrace adorned with planters that tell the story of each passing season. This isn't just about aesthetics; it's about creating a connection to the natural world in spaces where it's often forgotten.

"Placemaking" is in danger of becoming a meaningless word... taken over by a design-centric approach. Don't get me wrong. I'm passionate about great design and it plays an important role in placemaking. But it's the carriage at the back of the train, not the engine driving it. In REVITALISE YOUR TOWN CENTRE IN 7 WEEKS OR LESS, I unpack why placemaking is first and foremost a psychological task, and a task of turning 'customers' into 'citizens'. Yes, I do have a whole section on the role design plays. More details here: https://lnkd.in/gVzVymNR #placemaking #urbanism #towncentre #urbandesign
