bpha and Taylor Wimpey team up with MKDP to bring forward affordable homes for rent. bpha is delighted to partner with MKDP (Milton Keynes Development Partnership) and developer Taylor Wimpey plc South Midlands to provide 78 new homes for rent at Bronze Park, in Kents Hill, Milton Keynes. The affordable homes, 34 at social rent and 44 at intermediate rent, will be built to meet the specifications of the anticipated Future Homes Standard (FHS)* requirements. Under the FHS requirements, new homes will be net zero ready and will produce 75-80% less carbon emissions when compared to homes built under 2013 building regulations. Jeff Astle, Development Director at bpha, said “This is a great opportunity to join trusted partners in MKDP and Taylor Wimpey South Midlands and be supported by Homes England to provide and manage a range of quality, sustainable homes in Milton Keynes as part of a new community.
