This is a great (forklift) tool for the recycling industry. A nice solution to an inherent issue when needing to remove steel "straps". Some pulp also needs de-wiring when supplied new and that operation can be dangerous and time consuming, just like with the de-wiring of recycling bales.

Why we need to wrap pallets with PE stretch film ? While making shipments in pallets many exporters only use PP strapings to save the cost. But if we can use the PE film wraping there will be many benefits for both buyers and sellers: +  It greatly improves the stability of a load on a pallet and insert the pallets to tight containers more easily. + The PE material will also help to reduce the amount of dust and moisture affecting the products that are being wrapped thank to it characteristics. + The tightly wrapped pallet will also prevent stealing from occurring, as you would have to rip the polythene to be able to remove any of the items on the pallet. In the past few months we've come across several cases where a factory needs to apply pallet layer sheets to a palletiser at high level in the factory. Lifting a 500kg roll up onto the mezzanine floor is questionable with H&S. The solution? Apply them from a roll at ground level, easy reloads, no manual handling.
