The ‘EU AI Act Conference’, organized by the Istanbul Bar Association Information Law Commission AI Working Group, will be held on 24 September 2024 at the Istanbul Bar Association Conference Hall. It is aimed to present a comprehensive evaluation of the EU AI Act at the conference that experts in this field will take part. In this context, the focus will be on the risk-based approach adopted by the Act, the intersection of the Act with product safety legislation, and its effects on actors in third-party countries.
