Trent, our summer intern for 2024, recently had a sit-down with our team for a fun Q&A session before he heads back to school. As he’s right in between his junior and senior years, Trent has been diving deep into various aspects of our company this summer. From getting hands-on experience in the shop to exploring sales, parts, shipping, field service and all three of our locations, Trent has truly immersed himself in the #JennerNation family. We’ve absolutely enjoyed having him on board this summer! ❓Q: What valuable insights did you gain from your internship? ❗A: I learned about the importance of a strong work ethic, as well as how this company maximizes profits and operates with efficiency. ❓Q: How would you describe our company culture? ❗A: Very unique. Everyone is very friendly. I feel that the many company events that happen help people build good friendships and make working here an enjoyable experience. ❓Q: How would you describe Jenner Ag as a place to work? ❗A: It’s a fantastic place to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of a company and build a career, not just find a job. ❓Q: What was the best part of your intern experience? ❗A: The best part of my internship experience was getting to work with a real company for the first time. Coming from a background of working on my family’s farm, this was a change for me.
