Great example of how a team works as a single unit over a fairly long time frame. while they're celebrating 3rd anniversary in a new avatar, I have seen them working together as far as my memory serves - more than 10 years for sure. So, what's the mantra to stick together as a team for over a decade 1. Complete autonomy and sense of ownership. Decision making including very strategic ones such as partner selection is done with everyone agreeing to the same. 2. Total transparency - everyone knows everything about the company including access to the CEO's email ( not advocating this as a best practice though 🤣), but nothing can be a greater example of transparency 3. Direct and no nonsense communication style including arguments 4. Complete flexibility in working hours. Family priorities come first for everyone and other team members support the person who needs time away automatically. These are few of my impressions as an outside observer who has seen this team through ups and downs.
The winning team of D- Bright Minds( DBM) celebrates the 3rd Birthday of our Success Story with fun, frolic, full masti mood at Pondicherry...A beautiful team bonding stay at Pondicherry's lavish resort and beautiful beach makes the love of the team mates more fonder for each other....This dedicated team has been together for more than 2 decades as one unit and are taking DBM to greater heights every single day...Time to pamper ourselves...

It has been already 8 years of my journey with Qvistorp SA (it has been formally established in May 2016) ! Often I think of it as of playing in a rock band (which I enjoy doing in my spare time)🤘🤘🤘 Here's a bunch of CEO's (frontman’s) reflections: What has been awesome: 😎 Being able to work for some of the biggest global industrial brands (and deliver)! 😎 Establishing great working environment and having been able "to lure and keep" a group of incredible individuals - the QVISTORPERS! 😎 Being persistently substantive and creating a "no bullshit culture" in everything we do. In a world where everyone expects simplifications and shortcuts we dare to say "some things are complex, they require a lot of focus and it is the way it should be". What has been challenging: 😫 Competing with "the biggest and the baddest" solution providers on the market. For a relatively small company, it means that we always need to be better, faster and cheaper. Being "DELTA force" is exhausting :) 😫 Very long sales-cycles. I am impatient by nature while our Customers are „overly patient” which requires a lot of endurance. 😫 Embracing the fact, that most probably we are not the "the next unicorn", rather "just another good tech company" 😛 Super thanks to the QVISTORPERS for the great work and commitment! "𝑳𝒍𝒆𝒈ó 𝒍𝒂 𝒉𝒐𝒓𝒂 𝒅𝒆 𝒄𝒐𝒍𝒈𝒂𝒓 𝒍𝒂 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒒𝒖𝒆𝒕𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒂" Today, a few days late, is a day of farewells, as well as one of gratitude and reflection. After almost a year and a half, as part of ZKTeco (ZKTeco Europe) as 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭, the time has come to close this chapter and, literally as explained in Spanish, 𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘶𝘱 𝘮𝘺 𝘡𝘒 𝘫𝘢𝘤𝘬𝘦𝘵 to face new challenges. I want to take this opportunity to deeply thank the company and this position for everything they have offered me, although I have already personally thanked each of you for your part in my professional journey. Over this time, I've had the honor of working with an amazing group of professionals from whom I've learned not only about products, technologies, services, and the company's ecosystem, but also, I've gained invaluable 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘴. Of course, it hasn't always been an easy road: like any experience, I've had my share of difficult moments, faced complex process, and overcome differences... But the lessons taken from each challenge, whether positive or not, are something I carry with me and greatly value. It's also true that, when challenges are faced with your colleagues and even friends, it always becomes more memorable. As I mentioned in my internal farewell: ✉️ "𝘖𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘺𝘦𝘢𝘳 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘢 𝘩𝘢𝘭𝘧 𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦, 𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘪𝘵 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭𝘴 𝘮𝘶𝘤𝘩 𝘭𝘰𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘳, 𝘐’𝘷𝘦 𝘩𝘢𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘰𝘱𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘵𝘰 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘧𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭𝘴 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘸𝘩𝘰𝘮 𝘐’𝘷𝘦 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘯𝘦𝘥 𝘢 𝘭𝘰𝘵. Thank you, ZKTeco Europe, for this unforgettable chapter, and thanks to so many names that come to my mind Now it's time for what's next; I'm ready to take on new challenges and experiences. #Despedida #NuevosRetos #CrecimientoPersonal #Agradecimiento #Farewell #NewChallenges #ProfessionalGrowth #Gratitude #ZKTeco #TechnicalSupport

So this company has me blocked from making comments! 1099 companies are terrible for healthcare! They do not offer their independent contractors the benefits they deserve. They deliberately misclassify these people as contractors instead of workers, just to avoid paying payroll taxes and the costs of benefits. The Labor Dept is cracking down on these companies and many facilities are being sued and viewed to be the real employer, thus requiring them to pay the back payroll taxes and benefits for these workers. In addition, if there are problems with employee performance, there is not much of an office staff to address those issues. Their credentialling processes are poor because they are not healthcare professionals who really care. When these workers have pay issues, they go through so much stress to get paid what they are due. There are SO many reasons to avoid hiring 1099 agencies! Google this matter and read the facts!
Shout out to our Implementation Manager, Kristen He who just celebrated her three-year anniversary with MyShyft. Kristen has been an integral part in growing MyShyft into the company we have become. Thank you Kristen for your hard work and dedication, and the genuine partnership you bring to our facility clients. 🩵

Get to Know Our Employees! Andrej de Godzinsky has been with Speeron for almost four years now, serving as the Chief Technical Officer. He joined the company in mid-2020 to drive the R&D activities. What is the best thing about working at Speeron? I would say it is the whole Speeron team. We collaborate and achieve amazing things together. Do you have any hobbies or other interests? I try to keep myself in moderate shape and am passionate about music in all forms. I love reading about history, as that helps us understand the current times better. How do you describe the company's culture and values? The culture is very open and encouraging for personal and team growth. We take pride in our solutions and being there for our customers. How do you balance work and your personal life? I have a wonderful spouse who makes sure I remember to relax as well. With four grown-up children and two dogs, I have plenty of chances to recharge outside of work. How do you learn and grow in your role? I believe in constant development via multiple channels, both on professional topics and in human interaction. It is very important to stop in occasionally and also to reflect on the past and understand what to learn from it. How do you collaborate with colleagues and managers? Our organisation is quite flat, and everybody has a voice. I aim to be available for my team and others for any issues and to ensure that any topics are discussed in the correct forums. I try to lead by example but give space for people to shine. Any advice you would give to someone who wants to join the team? First, stay curious! In a constantly evolving industry, it is very important to be open to learning new skills and technologies. If you enjoy being a team player in a fast-moving international environment working with cutting-edge technologies, Speeron is the place to be! #Teamwork #Employeestory #Employee

Wow! How has it already been a year?! I’ll tell you what though… that old saying “time flies when you’re having fun” couldn’t be more true. Here’s what I’ve learned this past year working as a Social Media Specialist for MacroAir Fans 1️⃣ Company culture is key for longevity. We spend a large majority of our lives in the workplace, so the atmosphere makes a huge difference on your well-being. 2️⃣ We are ALL learning. Not a single person knows everything about their craft, but being around people who encourage growth, and discovery make all the difference. 3️⃣ It’s okay to make mistakes. We’re all human…so it’s going to happen. We just have to shake it off, have a good laugh at ourselves, and learn from it. 4️⃣ Confidence will take you further than you could have ever imagined. Stepping into your career can be scary, but from day one if you show up knowing “I’ve got this” then the rest will fall into place. 5️⃣ If your business doesn’t have a MacroAir fan it needs one! ✨Get your MacroAir HVLS fan here: 👉https://lnkd.in/ghMFMTtp? (Sorry I couldn’t help myself on that one. I’m in Marketing. What did you expect?🤣) #companyculture #employeeanniversary #lookmomididit
🎉Happy Work Anniversary Kristen!🎉 “Kristen lowe is such a beautiful person inside and out. She has such a wonderful creative mind. She is a joy to work with. So funny, because it's true... yet do be aware of the stereotypes. That said, differences do exist and that's just fine. With hybrid working, it is all about the move from presence-based working to performance-based working, finding the right individual balance between private and professional life... a puzzle to match, on all levels, individual, squad and company-level! #tetris #hybridWorking
At Keyrus, you won't feel the difference between generations (well, in just a few things 😂). In this video, our team plays with some stereotypes because it’s also important to take them with a dose of humor, right, Arthur Vandecan, Simon Plancke, Michael Dixon, Anne De Vos? At Keyrus, we embrace diversity and celebrate the unique perspectives that each generation brings to the table. 🚀 It's incredible to see how our diverse team collaborates and learns from each other. These moments not only bring us closer but also drive creativity and innovation in our projects. 🌟 Join us as we continue to cross barriers and create a workplace where everyone's voice is heard and valued, and where the mix of generations is one of Keyrus' strengths: https://lnkd.in/g2y7Ktd5 #makedattamatter #humanizingthefuture #keyrusrocks #generationaldiversity
