Scaling EV charging. And worth pointing out - this is not only lower cost for the property owner but lower cost for the incentive provider Peninsula Clean Energy because of the smarter approach. PCE's incentives are $2k/port incentive instead of $5+k for typical programs.

It never fails that when one is heads-down on a big project, you lose sight of monumental events in the news cycle. "The rules don't just apply to entirely new developments, but to any added parking on an existing development.
