Here's a fun summary of the link above. - You have to be at lease 150 feet away from any structure or vehicle, whether you are on your property or not. - Don't trespass! You need written approval in advance to set off fire works from another person's (or entity's) property. - Don't poke out an eye (or worse). Don't aim fireworks at another person, or pet. - Disaster Recover Teams appreciate time off.... don't create a community emergency over the weekend --- be sure fire works are not directed at any buildings or vehicles. - Stay Sober. If you are discharging fireworks, you cannot be under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or under the influence of any other controlled substance. - Before calling the police...
